- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Schedule: Mid-shift coverage with every third weekend
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or Trauma Nursing experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center
- Current Kansas RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- ENPC or PALS certification
- TNCC certification
- NIH certification
- Preferred certifications: CEN or TCRN
- Strong knowledge of trauma care, STEMI care, stroke care, sepsis, and triage
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to excellent patient experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
- Deliver high-quality trauma and emergency care in a Level 2 Trauma Center environment
- Perform assessments, triage, and rapid interventions for a wide range of acute and critical conditions
- Support care for STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Carry out procedures commonly associated with emergency and trauma nursing
- Maintain excellent patient communication using AIDET and whiteboard tools
- Contribute to a can-do culture and provide reliable weekend coverage as scheduled
