Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Experience with ventilator management and vasoactive drips
• Strong medication administration and critical care assessment skills
• EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an ICU, CCU, and stepdown environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for ICU and CCU patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and manage patients requiring ventilator support, vasoactive infusions, and advanced cardiac care
• Care for a mix of medical, abdominal surgery, and stepdown patients
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Document accurately in EPIC and maintain strong clinical communication
• Float to the medical-surgical unit as needed based on census
• Support a patient-centered, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes
