Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical/surgical patients
- Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and communicate changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
- Support a smooth, efficient workflow on the unit while delivering excellent bedside care
