Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required; emergency department or emergency room nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and triage skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Ability to work overnight shifts and collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Comfort managing a range of patient acuity levels in an ER, emergency department, or urgent care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals presenting with urgent and emergent medical needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Support physicians and the care team with emergency procedures, patient stabilization, and bedside care
• Document care accurately and maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, and teamwork
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy emergency department environment
