Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Nursing degree required
- At least 1 year of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience required
- 2+ years of telemetry nursing experience preferred
- Strong comfort working in a telemetry-focused acute care environment
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain excellent patient care standards
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor telemetry findings and recognize changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
- Promote a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
