Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing degree required
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience required
• 2+ years of telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Strong comfort working in a telemetry-focused acute care environment
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain excellent patient care standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor telemetry findings and recognize changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Promote a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
