Job Details

• Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: York, Maine
• Type: Travel nursing assignment
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230
• Schedule Notes: 5 shifts per week with a weekend rotation, typically 2-3 weekend days per month
• Call: No call required
• Setting: Home Health / Home Care

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of Maine
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of home health nursing experience required
• Experience completing OASIS visits required
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home health setting
• Complete OASIS visits accurately and efficiently
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate nursing interventions
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient goals
• Educate patients and families on care plans, safety, and recovery needs
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation in accordance with assignment guidelines
• Participate in a weekend rotation as scheduled
