• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Schedule Notes: Winter coverage assignment with the possibility of a shorter 13-week option being considered

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty required
• Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS required
• NIHSS preferred
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
• Must be able to complete required onboarding, assessments, and pre-start compliance items
• All required certifications must be active and current

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care to Med/Surg Tele patients throughout the shift
• Monitor telemetry, assess patient status, and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and support individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and teamwork in a fast-paced acute care environment
