Job Details

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, critical care, or similar high-acuity nursing setting
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Experience using Epic preferred
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, interpret changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain clear, timely charting in Epic
• Support patient and family education with compassion and professionalism
