Job Details
- Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Employment Type: Travel RN contract
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
- Start Date: September 7, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Patient Ratio: 1:2-3
- Charting System: EPIC experience required
Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- BLS through the American Heart Association required
- ACLS through the American Heart Association required
- EPIC experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the electronic health record
- Support safe, efficient care delivery during overnight shifts
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
