Job Details

• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Employment Type: Travel RN contract
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Start Date: September 7, 2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Patient Ratio: 1:2-3
• Charting System: EPIC experience required

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• BLS through the American Heart Association required
• ACLS through the American Heart Association required
• EPIC experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the electronic health record
• Support safe, efficient care delivery during overnight shifts
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
