Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Preferred: charge nurse experience
• Experience managing Impellas and targeted temperature management (TTM)
• Ability to meet all submission requirements for consideration

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients with complex and changing needs
• Monitor critically ill patients closely and respond quickly to clinical changes
• Support advanced critical care therapies and specialized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented ICU environment
