• Hours: 36 hours per week on average; 72 guaranteed biweekly hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Weekend/Holiday Commitment: Every other weekend; 2 holidays required if working through winter holidays
• Orientation: Weekly orientation
• Location: Cambridge, MA 02138

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of experience in an ICU, critical care, or similar high-acuity nursing setting
• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS certification from AHA
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Comfortable floating between ICU and IMCU as needed
• Must have been separated from the health system for 6+ months to be considered
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition quickly and effectively
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to ICU standards
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care team members
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC
• Support transitions in care between ICU and IMCU patient populations when assigned
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility in a rotating shift travel nursing environment
• Deliver high-quality critical care while contributing to a positive team culture
