Job Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent registered nurse experience required
• Prior CVOR, operating room, or cardiovascular surgery experience preferred
• Experience with perioperative nursing and surgical patient care is highly valued
• Comfortable working a day shift schedule with call rotation
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room
• Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient support
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient surgical environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and the perioperative team
• Respond to call requirements and support surgical coverage as scheduled
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience
