Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Strong team-oriented mindset and compassionate bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care to Med/Surg patients
• Assess patients, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support team members
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record
• Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
• Maintain professionalism while working weekend rotations and floating as assigned
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment in a newly opened unit
