Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Experience in operating room circulating duties strongly preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in call coverage
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety focus
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Support surgical cases with circulating duties and perioperative coordination
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold sterile technique standards
• Respond professionally to weekday and weekend call requirements
• Deliver compassionate care while supporting efficient OR workflow
