- Call: Weekday and weekend call requirements; weekend coverage is on-call only
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
- Setting: 10 operating rooms with a variety of surgical equipment and EPIC EMR
Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 3+ years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong ability to anticipate surgical team needs and adapt in a dynamic perioperative environment
- Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and excellent attention to detail
- Robotics training preferred
- Open heart or vascular experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing support in the Operating Room across a broad range of surgical cases
- Assist with procedures involving general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart cases
- Maintain readiness for weekday and weekend call coverage as scheduled
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff to promote safe, efficient patient care
- Use strong clinical judgment to anticipate case needs and support smooth surgical workflow
- Deliver attentive, patient-centered care in a high-performing OR environment
