• Call: Weekday and weekend call requirements; weekend coverage is on-call only
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Setting: 10 operating rooms with a variety of surgical equipment and EPIC EMR

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3+ years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong ability to anticipate surgical team needs and adapt in a dynamic perioperative environment
• Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and excellent attention to detail
• Robotics training preferred
• Open heart or vascular experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing support in the Operating Room across a broad range of surgical cases
• Assist with procedures involving general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart cases
• Maintain readiness for weekday and weekend call coverage as scheduled
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff to promote safe, efficient patient care
• Use strong clinical judgment to anticipate case needs and support smooth surgical workflow
• Deliver attentive, patient-centered care in a high-performing OR environment
