Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department
• Comfort working a flexible schedule with night shifts and rotating shifts
• Compliance with onboarding, credentialing, and health screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient status, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely treatment
• Administer medications, initiate interventions, and document patient care accurately
• Support patient flow, prioritization, and care coordination during busy ER shifts
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic emergency nursing environment
