Travel Nursing Job Details

• Position: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse
• Employment Type: Travel RN
• Location: Euclid, OH 44119
• Start Date: 9/11/2026
• Contract Duration: 20 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Holiday Requirement: Must work at least every other holiday

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• 18 months of permanent specialty experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or American Red Cross
• NIHSS certification required
• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Must comply with all pre-start onboarding, compliance, and background screening requirements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced telemetry unit

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and physician orders
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols, safety standards, and telemetry best practices
• Provide compassionate patient education and support throughout the shift
