Job Details

• Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Location: Greenville, NC 27834
• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020–$2,130
• Scheduling: Every other weekend
• Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to intermediate care and general units within the hospital

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact RN license accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience in an acute care setting
• At least 1 prior travel nursing assignment in a general care setting
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• NIHSS certification or demonstrated competency
• EPIC electronic health record (EHR) experience preferred
• Previous travel RN experience preferred
• Ability to provide one professional reference from your work history
• Must be comfortable working in a float pool environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Float to intermediate care and general units as needed to support staffing demands
• Assess patients, document care accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and hospital policies
• Prioritize care effectively while maintaining strong communication with patients and colleagues
• Support a patient-centered environment focused on safety, efficiency, and teamwork
