Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
  • Experience in critical care, acute care, or intensive care unit settings preferred
  • Ability to provide safe, compassionate care for critically ill patients
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Comfort working 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ICU environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess ICU patients with changing acuity levels
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
  • Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and on time
  • Respond quickly to changes in condition and deliver high-quality critical care
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment for patients and families
