Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,270-$2,390
• Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania 19004 / North Princeton service area, offering a welcoming community setting for local home health work
• Setting: Homecare / Home Health
• Start Date: 9/14/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend out of every 4
• Employment Type: Local contract

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent home health nursing experience
• Active RN license required
• NJ license required for coverage in the North Princeton area
• OASIS experience required
• Ability to manage a high-volume home health caseload
• Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
• Must be a local candidate or a true traveler if commuting more than 40 minutes to the assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the homecare setting
• Complete patient visits efficiently, averaging 5-6 patients per day
• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Accurately complete OASIS documentation and all required clinical records
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition appropriately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes
• Participate in weekend coverage rotation as scheduled
