• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On-Call / Weekend Requirement: 1-2 days per week and one weekend per month
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Openings: 2

Job Requirements

• Active, current, non-restrictive Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Associate degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• Home health nursing experience preferred
• OASIS knowledge preferred
• Homecare Homebase experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate OASIS assessments with attention to detail
• Provide skilled wound care, catheter care, and PICC line care in the home health setting
• Collect labs and support ongoing clinical monitoring for home care patients
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and care plans
• Complete supervisory visits with LPNs and aides as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team case conference meetings
• Travel throughout assigned coverage areas to deliver patient-centered homecare nursing
• Document care thoroughly and collaborate closely with the care team to support positive patient outcomes
