Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Recent Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Comfort managing changing priorities in an emergency nursing environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patients with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely, effective treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and maintain safe, efficient workflows
• Support a positive patient experience while delivering care in a high-volume ER setting
