Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to stay calm in high-acuity, fast-paced situations
• Comfort working overnight shifts in a busy, team-oriented hospital environment
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to patients of all ages and conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and support staff to promote safe and efficient patient flow
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support triage, stabilization, and ongoing care for urgent and emergent cases
• Maintain a professional, calm, and compassionate approach during night shift nursing assignments
