• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour rotating shifts per week
• Shift Type: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Call Requirement: One 12-hour call shift every 2 weeks with a 30-minute response time
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Active multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• Completion of an approved professional nursing program
• 0-6 months of related nursing experience
• Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Epic EHR experience required
• Current BLS certification through AHA
• NRP certification
• ACLS certification
• Proof of instruction and passage of Intermediate FH Monitoring
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients
• Use the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changing clinical conditions
• Support safe, culturally sensitive, and psychosocially aware patient care
• Prioritize tasks and perform nursing interventions appropriate to the patient population
• Document care clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner in Epic
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning as needed
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, teammates, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and mandatory in-services
• Complete required reports and uphold professional nursing standards
