• EMR: Cerner experience preferred

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and triage skills
• Ability to work nights in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED environment
• Willingness to float as needed
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all acuity levels
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Use strong clinical judgment to support safe, effective care delivery in the ER
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Prioritize and delegate patient care based on acuity and staff competency
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional practice
• Support charge nurse duties and leadership functions as needed
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic emergency setting
