- EMR: Cerner experience preferred
Job Requirements
- Active Arizona RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and triage skills
- Ability to work nights in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED environment
- Willingness to float as needed
- Charge nurse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all acuity levels
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Use strong clinical judgment to support safe, effective care delivery in the ER
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Prioritize and delegate patient care based on acuity and staff competency
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional practice
- Support charge nurse duties and leadership functions as needed
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic emergency setting
