- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600

Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- PALS or ENPC equivalency required
- TNCC certification required
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and every other weekend
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients with varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver timely treatment
- Administer medications, initiate IVs, and carry out emergency interventions as ordered
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately in urgent and high-pressure situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth patient flow through the department
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of patient care
