Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS or ENPC equivalency required
• TNCC certification required
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and every other weekend
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients with varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver timely treatment
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, and carry out emergency interventions as ordered
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately in urgent and high-pressure situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth patient flow through the department
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of patient care
