• Weekly Hours: 36/40 guaranteed hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000-$2,100
• Call: 2nd call one weekend per month; 1st/2nd call twice per pay period
• Orientation: Bi-weekly
• Setting: Operating Room / Perioperative Nursing
• Location: Clyde, NC 28721

Job Requirements

• Current active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• OR circulating experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• ADN required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating RN support in the operating room
• Assist with a variety of surgical cases, including orthopedics, spine, general surgery, GYN, urology, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and ophthalmology
• Maintain safe, efficient patient flow throughout the perioperative experience
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff
• Support a 1:1 patient care model within a 6-OR environment
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality patient care
