- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements
- Active multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience; ICU nursing or critical care experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification through AHA
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification or strong familiarity preferred
- Experience with Epic EHR is required
- Strong understanding of disease state management, clinical pathways, and the biopsychosocial model
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for ICU and critical care patients
- Use the nursing process to support safe, effective patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner in Epic
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare staff, patients, and families
- Prioritize care and anticipate unit and patient needs in a high-acuity critical care setting
- Support discharge education, patient teaching, and appropriate referrals
- Participate in quality improvement, education, and required unit in-services
- Complete variance reports and maintain professional judgment in complex patient care situations
