Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit, ICU, or similar critical care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Preferred: CCRN certification
• Strong critical care nursing skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Comfort working night shifts in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the MICU
• Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and ICU interventions according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate charting and follow clinical documentation standards
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during difficult moments
• Adapt to evolving patient needs in a busy intensive care and COVID ICU environment
