• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Call: Call rotation required
• Floating: Floating to additional surgery location(s) may be required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000 - $2,100

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
• Circulating nurse experience in the operating room preferred
• Experience in a surgical environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Ability to participate in call rotation and support holiday coverage as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Cerner or Surginet is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to surgical patients
• Circulate during surgical procedures and support the surgical team
• Anticipate patient, surgeon, and procedural needs throughout the operative process
• Assist with communication, coordination, and timely progression of surgical cases
• Maintain accurate documentation and support department workflow
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR personnel to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Support supply readiness, preference card updates, and overall OR efficiency
