- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Shifts Per Week: 3
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,940 - $2,040
- Orientation: Virtual modules followed by in-unit orientation
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU RN experience
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Experience caring for patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Comfort working with newborns and infants in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting
- Willingness to float as needed to support related pediatric care areas
- Two professional references covering at least 1 year of specialty experience within the last 3 years
- EPIC charting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to NICU newborns and infants
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer treatments and support care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communication throughout the shift
- Support safe staffing needs by floating between designated units or campuses when needed
- Promote a calm, family-centered environment for patients and caregivers
- Follow all clinical standards, safety protocols, and unit procedures
