• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,100–$2,210
• Orientation: Available on 09/08 or 09/22

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Psychiatric nursing experience required; 3 years preferred based on unit needs
• Experience working in an inpatient behavioral health or psych unit
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work a consistent evening schedule
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required if psychiatric background is not otherwise specified

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a psychiatric unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to behavioral health needs
• Support treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Use de-escalation techniques and clinical judgment to support patient stabilization
