• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,320 - $2,450
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Day shifts with a mix of 2x8s (0700-1530) and 2x12s (0700-1930); schedule may vary and rotate to nights as needed
• Weekend / Call: Weekend coverage and call shifts required based on unit needs
• EMR: Epic
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Travel nursing experience with at least 1–2 prior assignments preferred
• BLS certification required through the American Heart Association
• Ability to work in a busy, high-acuity OR environment
• Neonatal and pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with rotating schedules, weekend coverage, and call shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative nursing care as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
• Support a diverse surgical caseload, including orthopedics, general surgery, robotics, ENT, oral/maxillofacial, vascular/thoracic, urology, transplant, and pediatric procedures
• Assist with urgent and scheduled cases in a 24/7 operating room setting
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing a fast-paced surgical workflow
• Float as needed to support operating rooms based on unit census and staffing needs
• Participate in weekend, holiday, and call coverage as assigned
• Help ensure excellent patient outcomes and a smooth surgical experience
