• Charting System: EPIC required
• Onboarding: Day-one testing will be administered during orientation

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• At least 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EPIC experience required
• Must be comfortable floating to medical-surgical units as needed
• Open to a night shift schedule
• Must be able to successfully complete onboarding and orientation testing
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a high-acuity critical care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical changes, and respond appropriately to evolving needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established critical care protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
• Float to medical-surgical units when needed to support patient care across the facility
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Contribute to a team-focused culture committed to safe, high-quality healthcare
