• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• EFM National Certification Corporation or Intermediate AWHONN certification issued within the past 3 years required at time of submission
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a high-acuity, collaborative healthcare setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate Labor & Delivery nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, OB teams, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive delivery outcomes
• Document accurately in Epic EMR and maintain high standards of patient care and clinical support
• Support a respectful, organized, and efficient Labor & Delivery workflow
