Job Requirements

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg Tele nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medicine and telemetry patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective treatment plans
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in accordance with policy and best practice
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately and on time
• Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional bedside care
