Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN or acute care nursing experience required
• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency nursing environment
• Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to learn and train is a plus
• Cerner experience preferred, but not required
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and license verification required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a busy ED setting
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond quickly to changes in status
• Support safe, efficient triage and treatment workflows in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Collaborate closely with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient-centered care
• Administer medications, initiate treatments, and document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide calming, professional support to patients and families during urgent situations
• Maintain readiness to adapt to changing patient volumes and clinical priorities during night shifts
