Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
  • Experience with acute care nursing skills such as IV starts, feeding tubes, ostomy care, and wound care
  • Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred, but not required
  • Comfort working with post-surgical, stroke, cardiac, and hemodialysis patients
  • Strong accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered care mindset
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation environment
  • Monitor patient progress and support individualized recovery plans
  • Perform and assist with wound care, IV starts, feeding tube management, and ostomy care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
  • Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain timely clinical communication
  • Support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic conditions
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented unit culture focused on quality and compassion
