• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000 - $2,100
• Call Requirements: Yes, approximately 6 shifts per month and 1 weekend per month
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend or as needed
• Float Requirements: As needed
• Charting System: Cerner
• Patient Population: All ages
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room RN or surgical nursing experience; 1-2 years preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CPI/HWC/MAB
• Strong operating room experience; this is not a general floor nursing role
• Comfort working in a fast-paced surgical and perioperative environment
• Ability to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Must be able to meet all required certifications prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the operating room setting
• Support preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care as needed
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient surgical environment
• Assist with surgical procedures and ensure smooth workflow in the OR
• Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Adapt to varying case types and support surgery services for patients of all ages
