• Duration: 16 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of specialty nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required
• AHA ACLS preferred
• Recent Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years required
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a large facility or teaching hospital preferred
• Antepartum experience and willingness to support a charge nurse role preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend and remain flexible with scheduling needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursery nursing and Mother/Baby Couplet Care support
• Float first based on unit needs and patient care priorities
• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care to newborns and families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support smooth patient flow and excellent outcomes
• Adapt to rotating day and night shifts in a busy hospital environment
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow established clinical workflows
• Support a professional, team-focused environment while meeting the needs of the unit
