ER Nurse Job Requirements
- Active RN license and certification for Emergency Room nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience required

- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment
- Current license and credential verification as required for onboarding
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts
Emergency Department Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid patient assessments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely care
- Monitor patients throughout their ED stay and provide thorough documentation
- Support a calm, professional, and patient-centered environment during busy shifts
