Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing or acute care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity critical care setting
• Flexibility to support night shifts and patient care needs as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in all aspects of critical care nursing
