- Unit Highlights: Level II-III NICU, advanced respiratory support, central line care, and specialized newborn care

Job Requirements
- Experience in a Level II-III NICU required
- Level III-IV NICU experience is a plus
- Active RN license required
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work nights and provide compassionate, family-centered neonatal care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients across varying acuity levels
- Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced NICU environment
- Deliver respiratory support and assist with advanced neonatal interventions
- Care for infants requiring surgery support, excluding head and heart cases
- Manage central lines, conventional ventilators, HFOV, CPAP, and NIPPV as clinically appropriate
- Support care for micro-preemie patients and perform ostomy care when needed
- Collaborate closely with charge nurses, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate documentation in clinical systems while following unit protocols and best practices
