Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry nursing or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and bedside nursing skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to telemetry and cardiac patients in an acute care environment
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and quickly recognize changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and on time
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment
