Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Experience providing safe, compassionate patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare environment
- Compliance with all required credentialing, background, and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and immediate recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols and best practices
- Promote a calm, respectful, and reassuring care experience for every patient
