Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Critical care nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts and weekends
• Current flu vaccination required
• Must be able to provide required onboarding and compliance documentation
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
• Adapt to a rotating schedule while delivering consistent, high-quality critical care
