Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• Strong recent experience with a variety of surgical cases
• Experience supporting robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology cases preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented outpatient surgery center

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient flow
• Support surgeons and the surgical team during a broad mix of procedures
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical environment
• Prepare and monitor patients for procedures, ensuring quality, comfort, and clinical excellence throughout the surgical experience
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and excellent patient outcomes
