Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity acute care setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Flexibility and reliability for scheduled day shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency patients in a busy ED setting
• Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and timely intervention as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
• Prioritize care for patients with varying levels of acuity and changing clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth patient flow through the department
