Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or credential required
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment
• Strong patient assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Comfort working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a variety of acuity levels
• Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient status, and respond to changing clinical conditions
• Support triage, stabilization, and timely interventions in the Emergency Department
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and provider orders
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clear communication with the care team
• Promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment for patients and families
