• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• End Date: December 21, 2026
• Setting: High-risk obstetric / women’s health unit

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• High-risk antepartum experience preferred
• Experience circulating C-sections required
• Experience with labor & delivery, vaginal deliveries, and bereavement care
• Experience with magnesium drips and gynecologic care preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
• Comfort working a rotating weekend schedule
• Ability to float to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor & Delivery as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients
• Circulate C-sections and support obstetric procedures in a high-risk labor and delivery environment
• Monitor patients receiving magnesium therapy and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and provide clinical support during high-risk births
• Deliver bereavement care with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate closely with the care team, charge nurse, and unit support staff
• Document accurately using the unit’s clinical systems and maintain compliance standards
• Follow unit policies, safety protocols, and best practices in maternal-fetal nursing
